We are all about building a basketball culture cultivated around people and relationships made through a hard workout and driven environment. OVT is a year-round training program to help you through each phase of your basketball journey with likeminded people to help you push your limits.
What is OVT?
OverTime is 45 minutes of Semi-Private Circuit based Basketball and Agility training.
Who Leads OVT?
OVT is led by skilled, creative minded, professionals working towards the betterment of athletes.
Why OVT?
OVT will not only work on skill/performance development, but it will also help condition athletes allowing them to be game ready year-round.
Leave the comfort zone behind! Basketball is an ever-growing and fluid game, if you want to keep up... you have to stay open minded and try new things! A willingness to be creative and get uncomfortable is key to growth.
Current Weekly Schedule
Mondays:
7:30pm-9:30pm
Tuesdays:
5:30am-7:30am
7:30pm-9:30pm
Wednesdays:
7:30pm-9:30pm
Thursdays:
7:30pm-9:30pm
Workouts run between 30-45 minutes depending on the level of intensity you bring. This program is rolling attendance until the last 30 minutes of the night. The last attendees start 30 minutes prior to completion of the set time.
Starting in June 2023 additional times throughout the day will be offered!
