OverTime Workouts

What Is OverTime?
OverTime is circuit basketball training. There are 4 stations, or, "quarters" with each "quarter" lasting 7 minutes. The first quarter will be a warm-up while quarters 2-4 will be focused on a specific skill and movement. The workouts within OverTime allow you some freedom to be creative in your movements when it comes to change of directions, finishing at the rim, or getting to your shot. Expand and grow as a basketball player with OverTime workouts.

What is OVT?
OverTime is 30-45 minutes of Semi-Private Circuit based Basketball and Agility training.

OVT is led by skilled, creative minded, professionals working towards the betterment of athletes.
Why OVT?
OVT will not only work on skill/performance development, but it will also help condition athletes allowing them to be game ready year-round.
Leave the comfort zone behind! Basketball is an ever-growing and fluid game, if you want to keep up... you have to stay open minded and try new things! A willingness to be creative and get uncomfortable is key to growth.

Workouts run between 30-45 minutes depending on the level of intensity you bring. This program is rolling attendance until the last 30 minutes of the night. The last attendees start 30 minutes prior to completion of the set time.
OverTime is for anyone 6th grade and older.
1 Month Unlimited Sessions

3 Months Unlimited Sessions
- Unlimited 3 Months at BBA on 43rd Street

12 months unlimited sessions

*Note: If you are on a payment plan and you miss a payment, your subscription will be put on "probation" until you are caught up. You will also be unable to participate in Overtime until you are back in good standing.
